Early on Saturday morning we went out to Kalk Bay to shoot the most beautiful landscapes :-) The students really surprized me with their growth in skill and creativity!

On Saturday we had our first Kalk Bay Practical for the year. It was early but what a beautiful morning :-)

On Saturday we had our last Kalk Bay Picture Journey for 2010 and was blessed with the most amazing clouds! (I am a really big cloud-fan :-)) We met inside a coffee shop and had a lovely social time while we waited for the rain to stop… After half an hour it stopped raining and turned out to be the most beautiful morning for shooting landscapes!
Another Picture Journey
On Saturday morning we had our second course practical to Kalk Bay to shoot the famous picture journey. It was lovely and warm and the students took some beautiful pics. Here’s some behind the scenes & me getting inspired by the beautiful morning :-)
Kalk Bay Picture Journey
On Saturday morning we had our second practical session to Kalk Bay. We were all really happy about the beautiful day and agreed that getting up at 6am on a Saturday morning was well worth it! I experimented with some of my new filters and the students had a Kalk Bay Picture Journey brief to follow. The couple of photographs that I saw of their brief looked stunning and I’m very excited to have a proper look during the critique session next week!
